Job Description:

Conduct supplier selection and evaluation
Manage purchasing policy as needed.
Monitor stock availability.
Search and negotiate with suppliers to get the best price.
Manage Service Level Agreement between the company and suppliers/
Manage the purchasing budget.


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering technic-related field.
3+ years experience in procurement field, specially in coal hauling company.
Experience with truck spare part, specially Scania, Volvo, and FAW.
Good analytical and problem solving skill.
Highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
